Through my work experience, I’ve learned many management skills and practiced much in HR & ADM, especially on HR functions. Summarized from the past work, I find that I’m most interested in below functions: training and development, recruitment and performance appraisal. In these 3 functions work, I can touch many different people with various background and personality, and identify the training need to organize suitable training, identify if the applicant is fit to position and form the performance assessment method of each position, etc. Activities in these functions can always give me the exciting feeling of creation and achievement.
Of course, work of compensation and benefit, employee relationship is also very necessary.
Meanwhile, I have some weakness, but I’ll focus my energy in my career and development more through using my strongness.
