In a word, body language varies in different coltures and is widely used in communication.

Step 2. The –ing form as the Attribute and Adverbial

Ask Ss to pick out the sentences with v-ing in them and underline them:

  1. They are visitors coming from several other countries…
  2. Four people enter looking around in a curious way.
  3. This is an exciting experience for you, so you stand watching and listening.
