2.称呼应写在第二行,顶格写,称呼可以比较随便。
3.正文要另起一行。用词通俗易懂,一般比较口语化,简单明了,写明情况即可。要注意若是请人帮忙或是请假,要语气委婉。
4.署名一般只写留言人的姓名即可。如果是请假条,则要署名正式些,一般表示尊重。
